Shipping Information - All products are downloadable Ebooks in PDF format. Once you have created an account with the online shop, you can make a purchase and the Ebook appears in your shop account. When the purchase process is complete you will receive 2 emails. The first will confirm that your order has been placed and the second will confirm that your payment has been received.
When your order has been fulled processed you will get an email delivered with a link to your account in the Online Book Store. When you click on the link you will be asked to login using the username and password you will have previously setup when you place the order. The Ebook is then available within your account to download. Ebooks are never emailed to you but are held securely within your account.
Once you download the EBook you cannot get a refund and in the event that you accidentally loose or delete the Ebook you can download it a maximum of 3 times within 7 days of purchase.
